Gateshead Foodbank Charity Auction
How does a meal for two in the House of Commons sound or a weekend break in a luxury cottage in Beadnell, Northumberland?
These are just two of the more than 30 items that will be up for auction this November at the Gateshead Foodbank Charity Auction.
BBC Radio Newcastle’s Gary Philipson will be the auctioneer and the hope is to raise £100’s of pounds to help cover some of the Gateshead Foodbank running costs.
No commission charges will apply, the hammer price is the price you pay.
Plus payment can be made on the evening with Cash, Cheque (with bankers card) or PayPal.
It is at the Caedmon Hall, Gateshead Library on Saturday November 21st. Doors open to the public at 6.30pm. The auction begins promptly at 7pm.
Tickets are priced £2.00, with refreshments available. They can be obtained from Gateshead Library, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or on the door.
